David Ruggles
David Ruggles is a Vice President with Stewart Engineering, an engineering consulting firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1978 and has worked on a wide variety of projects over his career. He established the Transportation Practice area at Stewart Engineering, which has grown to 15 people.
In his spare time Mr. Ruggles enjoys running, biking and golf. He has a strong interest in the pioneering healing techniques introduced by Dr. and Master Sha and to offer guidance for others to help them become healthier and happier using these techniques. He is a Certified by the Tao Academy as a Tao Hands Practitioner and also is a Tao Calligraphy Practitioner, Guan Yin Lineage Holder, and Tao Song Practitioner.
